Cost Engineer - Immediate Hiring - Saudi Arabia

We are looking for a skilled Cost Engineer to join our team at Sundus. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to play a crucial role in managing project costs and budgets. You will be responsible for developing, issuing, and maintaining Project Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) and Cost Breakdown Structure (CBS) for specific scopes.

Key Responsibilities:

Liaise with other Project Controls disciplines and functions to assist in the development of project budgets.
Collaborate with procurement, finance, and time-capture functions to ensure accurate capture of project costs.
Monitor and control costs throughout the project lifecycle.
Prepare cost performance reports and maintain communication about project cost forecasts.
Manage project change orders and their cost implications.
Participate in risk analysis sessions and continuous improvement reviews.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical or business discipline.
Minimum of 8 years of relevant cost experience.
Proficient in cost software and project execution procedures for cost management.
Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and cash-flow techniques.
Familiarity with WBS & CBS structures and project reporting capabilities.

عن الدور:
مهندس التكلفة مسؤول عن التقدير الشامل للتكاليف، وتقييم عروض الموردين، ودعم التفاوض، وتحسين التكاليف لمكونات السيارات عبر السلع المخصصة. يتعاون هذا الدور عبر الوظائف مع الهندسة والمشتريات والتصنيع والمالية والموردين لضمان تكاليف منتجات تنافسية وم optimized طوال دورة الحياة.
المسؤوليات:

إجراء تقدير تفصيلي للتكاليف والتفصيل.

دعم استراتيجيات التفاوض مع المشتريات.

المؤهلات:

بكالوريوس / بكالوريوس في الهندسة الميكانيكية أو هندسة السيارات.
حد أدنى 5 سنوات من الخبرة في صناعة السيارات.
الخبرة مع SAP / Teamcenter ميزة إضافية.
القدرة على العمل في الموقع ومتاحة لفترات عمل منتظمة (الأحد إلى الخميس).

We are seeking a seasoned and detail-oriented Cost Engineer with 5 to 10 years of experience to join our project controls team at Trading and Development Partnership. In this role, you will be a vital part of managing the financial health of our complex electrical projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Cost Estimation & Tendering: Perform detailed quantity take-offs, analyze drawings/specifications, and prepare comprehensive cost estimates for electrical tenders.
Budgeting & Setup: Create and manage comprehensive Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) and establish project cost baselines.
Cost Control & Monitoring: Monitor actual project expenditures against approved budgets, identifying variances to prevent overruns.
Change Management: Assess and manage change orders, analyzing their financial impact on the project.
Forecasting & Reporting: Prepare accurate weekly/monthly financial reports and cash flow projections.
Subcontractor & Procurement Support: Review subcontractor quotes and validate invoices.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with project managers and site teams to optimize costs.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
Experience: 5-10 years of experience in cost estimation and management.
Software Proficiency: Advanced in Microsoft Excel, familiarity with ERP systems.
Analytical Skills: Excellent numerical skills and attention to detail.
Communication: Strong interpersonal skills for collaboration.
