As an Estimation Engineer, you will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates for civil engineering projects from initial design to bid submission.
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare detailed cost estimates for civil engineering projects (roads, bridges, water infrastructure, buildings) during the design phase.
- Analyze project specifications and drawings to determine scope and requirements.
- Research current pricing data for materials and subcontractors.
- Support competitive bids by collaborating with the bidding team.
- Coordinate with civil engineers and architects to ensure estimates align with design goals and cost-effectiveness.
- Maintain a database of historical cost data to support future estimates.
Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
- At least 10 years of experience in cost estimation.
- Proven experience in preparing detailed cost estimates for various civil engineering projects.
