- Provide a professional service to guests at all times.
- Become knowledgeable of all food and beverage items offered and perform upselling.
- Monitor operating supplies to reduce spoilage and wastage.
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the working area at all times.
- Handle guest inquiries courteously and efficiently.
- Attend all staff meetings and training sessions.
- Assist with scheduled inventories of products and equipment.
- Maintain a positive and motivated attitude at all times.
