Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Budgeting Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in budgeting and financial management, with a proven track record of successfully managing budgets for large-scale projects.

General Description of Role and Responsibilities:
  • Performing Project Management tasks as directed by the Manager, Engineering & Projects Division.
  • Implementing budgeting and financial record-keeping procedures for efficient coordination.
  • Developing cost centers for each project and coding for all projects' permanent equipment.
  • Analyzing existing budgets and developing budgets and forecasts.
  • Managing cash flow and providing financial advice.
  • Preparing budget reports.
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant Quality, Environmental, Safety, and Occupational Health Policies.

Qualifications, Experience, Knowledge and Skills:
  • Bachelor/Master Degree in Accounting or Engineering from an accredited university.
  • Minimum 15 years experience in related field on major initiatives.
  • Extensive knowledge and experience in project budgeting.
  • Ability to present budgeting plans to senior management and negotiate with stakeholders.
  • Fluent communication in Arabic and English.
  • Excellent communication skills.

نظرة عامة على الدور:
سيدير مدير تكاليف / ميزانية أول فريق العقود الموزع على مشاريع النفط والغاز / البتروكيماويات المختلفة. ستقوم بتقديم الدعم لتنفيذ العقود لفريق إدارة المشاريع نيابة عن عمليات خفجي المشتركة (KJO)، لضمان تسليم المشاريع بنجاح. بالإضافة إلى ذلك، ستقوم بمراجعة المخرجات في مراحلها المبكرة المتعلقة باستراتيجيات الشراء والتعاقد التي تنتجها إدارة التطوير الأمامية التابعة لـ KJO.

المسؤوليات الرئيسية:
  • إدارة فريق العقود عبر مشاريع متعددة.
  • تقديم الدعم لتنفيذ العقود لإدارة المشاريع.
  • تقييم واستشارة بشأن محاسبة تكاليف المشاريع.
  • مراجعة استراتيجيات الشراء والتعاقد خلال بدء المشروع.

المعرفة / الخبرة المطلوبة:
نحن نبحث عن مرشحين لديهم:
  • حد أدنى من 6 سنوات من خبرة هندسة تكاليف المشاريع في مشاريع النفط والغاز / البتروكيماويات الكبرى.
  • قدرة قوية في تقييم محاسبة تكاليف المشاريع.

التعليم:
يجب أن تحمل واحدة من المؤهلات التالية:
  • درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة / المساحة الكمية / الإدارة / الأعمال أو مجال ذي صلة وثيقة.
  • دبلوم مع شهادة من وكالة معترف بها في خبرة متعلقة بتكاليف المشاريع.
