About the Role
As a Sales Assistant in our ENDO team, you will be part of the TAMHEER program, gaining invaluable experience in a practical healthcare setting. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Checking all orders received and ensuring accuracy in UPN/description, quantities, and pricing.
  • Following up with customer service and operations teams regarding order dispatch and shelf life.
  • Addressing rejected deliveries and managing back order reports.
  • Maintaining clear communication and visibility on order status with the sales team.

What We’re Looking For
The ideal candidate should be:
  • Registered in TAQAT and not currently registered in GOSI.
  • Proficient in Arabic with strong written and spoken English skills.
  • Proactive, eager to learn, and passionate about patient care.
  • Able to communicate effectively with various stakeholders.
