We are looking for a dedicated and experienced individual to fill the role of Lead Specialist - Financial Control II at MA'ADEN, located in Jubail, Saudi Arabia. This critical position will assist in managing and providing a comprehensive financial accounting service, ensuring the analysis and reporting of financial transactions in alignment with standardized processes and guidelines.

Overall Job Purpose:
The Lead Specialist will be responsible for the preparation of financial statements such as income statements and balance sheets, which are vital for external stakeholders. Your expertise will guide our financial operations and contribute towards our business success.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field; MBA or relevant certifications are advantageous.
• 8 years of relevant experience in financial control or accounting roles.

Skills:

• Effective management and leadership abilities.
• In-depth knowledge of regulatory and statutory requirements.
• Proficiency in applicable technology software and tools.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
