Administrative Assistant
We at the Arab Innovation Company for Engineering Consulting offer a job opportunity for an Administrative Assistant to join our team. We will need someone capable of managing administrative tasks and coordinating appointments and meetings.

Job Description:
Follow up on the implementation of administrative decisions issued by the direct supervisor and organize mail and daily appointments, as well as accomplish administrative tasks related to the workflow.

Main Tasks:
  • Implement administrative instructions issued by the direct supervisor.
  • Open and sort paper and electronic mail and respond to it.
  • Perform typing tasks and respond to inquiries and phone calls.
  • Organize files and preserve transactions.
  • Coordinate and organize meetings and document their minutes.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in English, Human Resources, Business Administration, or Executive Secretarial.
  • 2 years of practical experience.
  • The ability to handle email management tools, writing, and typing.
  • Fluency in both Arabic and English.

The Role

  • Performance Management: Lead the performance management process and support department heads in addressing performance issues.
  • Compensation & Benefits: Ensure the competitiveness of the compensation structure and manage the payroll process.
  • Compliance & Policies: Ensure compliance with local labor laws and communicate company policies.
  • Team Member Wellbeing & Support: Implement programs that support wellbeing, health, and work-life balance initiatives.
