Job Description:
Supervising the implementation of administrative decisions issued by the direct manager and organizing daily mail and appointments. You will carry out administrative tasks related to workflow and coordinate meetings.

Responsibilities:
  • Implementing administrative instructions and following up on decision execution.
  • Opening and sorting physical and electronic mail and responding to it.
  • Completing printing tasks and answering phone inquiries.
  • Organizing meetings for the direct manager and documenting their minutes.

Qualifications:
The applicant must hold a Bachelor's degree in one of the following fields:

  • Executive Secretarial
