About the Role

Tadawi Medical Group is seeking a Human Resources Specialist to join their team in Abha, located in the 'Asir region of Saudi Arabia. This full-time position offers an opportunity to contribute to a healthcare organization by managing key HR functions and fostering a productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes for new employees.
  • Provide support for employee relations matters, addressing concerns and promoting a harmonious workplace.
  • Administer performance management processes, assisting managers and employees in achieving professional goals.
  • Implement and ensure adherence to HR policies and procedures, guaranteeing compliance with Saudi Arabian labor laws.
  • Assist in the accurate and timely administration of payroll and employee benefits.
  • Generate comprehensive HR reports using Microsoft Excel and other Office applications to support decision-making.
  • Develop and implement initiatives to promote employee engagement and cultivate a positive work environment.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a closely related field.
  • A minimum of 2 years of progressive experience in Human Resources.
  • Demonstrated strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel and the broader Microsoft Office suite.
