We are seeking a skilled IT Support Technician to enhance our technology operations in Abha, Saudi Arabia. Your expertise will be vital in maintaining and configuring systems, troubleshooting issues, and providing critical support to users.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform maintenance, preparation, and configuration of computers and printers.
  • Install, configure, and maintain operating systems and support tools.
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Provide timely technical support to end users and ensure business continuity.
  • Monitor daily support tickets and update maintenance reports.
  • Ensure compliance with IT policies during support activities.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of support actions and system configurations.

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in IT support and maintenance.
  • Strong knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems, and networking concepts.
  • Exceptional troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication skills with a customer-oriented mindset.
  • Preferred certifications: CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, ITIL Foundation.
