  • Reception and welcoming of guests: Welcoming visitors and greeting them upon arrival.
  • Reservation management: Taking responsibility for organizing reservations and waiting lists to ensure smooth operations.
  • Guiding guests: Directing customers to their assigned tables or to available tables.
  • Customer service: Responding to phone inquiries, taking reservations, and providing exceptional customer service.
  • Internal coordination: Communicating with kitchen staff to ensure smooth coordination between seating and special requests.
  • Maintaining order: Ensuring cleanliness and organization of the reception area at all times.
  • Handling complaints: Addressing complaints and customer requests in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Professional appearance: Maintaining a clean and professional appearance that reflects the restaurant's image.
  • Working hours: 8 hours daily - 6 days a week.

Requirements

  • GOSI Registration Required or Sponsorship Transfer
  • Requires 2-5 Years experience
  • Intermediate in English
