We are currently seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Human Resources Specialist to be an integral part of our team at Zahran Facilities Management. This full-time role is essential in maintaining a positive work environment and ensuring that our operations align with labor laws and company policies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, screening, interviews, and onboarding.
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
  • Support performance management and employee appraisal processes.
  • Assist in developing, implementing, and updating HR policies and procedures.
  • Handle employee relations matters and respond to HR-related inquiries.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal regulations.
  • Coordinate training and development programs.
  • Prepare HR reports and documentation as required.

Qualifications and Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in Human Resources (preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and labor laws.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • High level of confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR systems.
