About the Role
The Subcontract Administration Manager at TECNIMONT will oversee the Project Subcontracts Plan, Strategy, and Procedures while managing various actions related to subcontractor administration.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Instruct subcontractors on administration procedures and accounting methods.
  • Manage correspondence with subcontractors alongside the site manager to mitigate risks.
  • Review and approve subcontractors' Interim and Final Progress Payment Certificates.
  • Ensure accurate processing of extra works, claims, back charges, and more.
  • Prepare and issue the Construction Subcontracts Administration Monthly Report.
  • Assess subcontractor claims and assist in final settlements.
  • Resolve any disputes with subcontractors regarding contractual obligations.
  • Maintain proper records of all drawings and accounting documents.

Knowledge & Qualifications:
University degree or diploma in a relevant discipline or equivalent experience.

Experience:
  • Over 12 years of relevant managerial experience in the industrial construction of large gas plants.
  • Prior experience in roles of similar scale, preferably on Saudi Aramco projects.

Skills and Abilities:
  • Fluent in English with strong communication skills.
  • Excellent IT and analytical capabilities.
  • Team-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to detail in all aspects of work.
