Join PETRORAQ Engineering & Construction as a Business Development Manager!
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to lead and expand our sales operations in the Eastern Region of Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is key to driving revenue growth and developing a high-performing sales team.

About PETRORAQ Engineering:
Petroraq is a dynamic Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) company engaged in high-quality construction services across various sectors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Recruit, mentor, and train sales team members.
  • Foster accountability and collaboration within the team.
  • Set and monitor quarterly sales targets.
  • Build strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Identify new business opportunities across various divisions.
  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies.
  • Prepare sales performance reports.

Qualifications & Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 7–10 years of sales experience in the Engineering or Construction industry, with at least 3 years in leadership.
  • Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Knowledge of the Saudi construction and EPC markets.
  • Bilingual (English & Arabic) is an advantage.

About the Job:
We are seeking a skilled Safety Officer to ensure compliance with our client's safety policies, procedures, and international standards. You will work on-site in Jubail, Saudi Arabia.

Job Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Ensure compliance with client safety policies and international safety standards (OSHA, NEBOSH, etc.).
  • Enforce adherence to Permit to Work (PTW) systems including Hot Work, Confined Space Entry, and Working at Heights.
  • Monitor compliance with environmental, health, and safety (EHS) laws and regulations.
  • Conduct Job Safety Analysis (JSA) and Risk Assessments before the commencement of tasks.
  • Identify potential hazards and implement preventive and corrective measures.
  • Participate in HAZID / HAZOP studies during project planning phases.
  • Perform regular site inspections and safety audits to identify unsafe acts/conditions.
  • Ensure all workers are using PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) correctly.
  • Investigate accidents, near-misses, and unsafe incidents; prepare detailed reports and recommend corrective actions.
  • Maintain incident records and report findings to client representatives.
  • Support in root cause analysis (RCA) and implement lessons learned.
  • Conduct daily tool-box talks, safety inductions, and training programs.
  • Ensure all personnel are aware of emergency procedures and response plans.
  • Promote a safety culture among workers and contractors.
  • Maintain up-to-date HSE records and safety logs.
  • Coordinate with emergency response teams during events.

Qualifications & Skills:
  • Must have good command of the English language.
  • NEBOSH IGC Certification is required.
  • Self-directed individual capable of minimal supervision.
  • 5 years of experience in the upstream Oil & Gas industry is preferred.
  • No issues working in remote areas for extended periods.
