We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to lead and expand our sales operations in the Eastern Region of Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is key to driving revenue growth and developing a high-performing sales team.

Petroraq is a dynamic Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) company engaged in high-quality construction services across various sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit, mentor, and train sales team members.
- Foster accountability and collaboration within the team.
- Set and monitor quarterly sales targets.
- Build strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Identify new business opportunities across various divisions.
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies.
- Prepare sales performance reports.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering or related field (MBA preferred).
- 7–10 years of sales experience in the Engineering or Construction industry, with at least 3 years in leadership.
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of the Saudi construction and EPC markets.
- Bilingual (English & Arabic) is an advantage.
