We are seeking a dedicated Executive Assistant to provide organized administrative support to the principal's office at ISG Jubail. This role involves ensuring the efficiency and effective operation of the principal’s office while maintaining a friendly environment.

Position Duties:
  • Demonstrate commitment to child protection and safety.
  • Manage administration and finance-related records.
  • Screen visitors and phone calls; manage correspondence.
  • Schedule meetings and manage the principal's calendar.
  • Handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
  • Assist with event planning and perform various administrative tasks.

Qualifications:
