As an HR Coordinator, you will be pivotal in supporting various HR activities, ensuring compliance with national and international laws, and managing personnel administration. Your role will include:
  • Drafting employment contracts and ensuring individual contract obligations are met.
  • Managing attendance and absence records for employees, including overtime and leave.
  • Overseeing immigration procedures for personnel, ensuring compliance with work permits and visas.
  • Optimizing the distribution of human resources according to business needs.
Qualifications:
We are looking for candidates with:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or Human Resource Management.
  • 3 to 5 years of HR experience.
  • Proficiency in English and Arabic.
  • Technical knowledge of Excel and reporting.
