Your Responsibilities:
  • Lead the HR function to implement regional and global HR strategies that enhance organizational effectiveness.
  • Partner with management to support talent development and ensure compliance with KSA labor laws.
  • Execute Mammoet's HR strategy and manage the employee lifecycle effectively.
  • Ensure adherence to all legal requirements and company procedures, emphasizing safety and well-being.
  • Collaborate with line management and other stakeholders to support HR initiatives.

What We Seek:
A Bachelor’s degree in HR or a legal discipline, along with 15 years of relevant experience in HR management, organizational design, and a strong understanding of HR systems.
