Join Our Team as a Procurement Engineer!
At Makana Industries & Services Co. Ltd., we are seeking an exceptional Procurement Engineer to contribute to our projects in Jubail, Saudi Arabia. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring the quality, efficiency, and timeliness of procurement services for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure timely delivery of equipment and materials to job sites by liaising with suppliers and tracking purchase orders.
• Collaborate with Buyers during pre-award processes, including preparing bidder lists and issuing Request for Quotations (RFQs).
• Assist in post-award activities such as obtaining vendor data and processing invoices.
• Serve as the primary contact for procurement document distribution and coordination across project teams.
• Review material requisitions for completeness and accuracy, working with project engineering for further processing.
• Monitor the procurement lifecycle, including bid requests and supplier follow-up for timely action.
• Oversee purchase order records, ensuring accurate logging of supplier contacts and purchase order statuses.

Required Skills:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related field.
• 4+ years of related work experience in procurement.
• Proficiency in procurement processes within a major engineering or industrial firm.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Familiarity with procurement software, particularly DMCS.

Desired Skills:

• Experience with procurement in engineering and construction projects.
• Strong understanding of supply chain management and vendor negotiations.
• Previous experience working closely with project managers and engineers.
