Join the Grand Hyatt Al Khobar as an Assistant Manager in the Reservations Department!
As a key member of our team, you will assist the Reservation Manager in overseeing the Reservations Department, collaborating closely with Marketing, Sales, and relevant Rooms Departments to optimize Room Yield through effective Inventory Control. Your role will also involve delivering exceptional customer service that aligns with Hyatt’s Brand Standards.

Qualifications:
  • University degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism Management is highly preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of working experience as an Assistant Manager in either Reservation or Front Office, or as a Team Leader in a larger operation.
  • Strong problem-solving, administrative, and interpersonal skills are essential.
