Main Job Responsibilities

• Welcoming customers in a polite and professional manner.
• Understanding customer needs and suggesting suitable products.
• Providing accurate information about products, prices, and delivery times.
• Preparing invoices and following up with customers until the sale is completed.
• Achieving monthly sales targets and contributing to the success of the showroom.
• Maintaining the arrangement and cleanliness of the display and products.
• Executing all cash transactions and card payments accurately.
• Issuing invoices and managing exchanges or returns according to company policy.
• Reconciling and closing the day's sales and providing daily financial reports.
• Maintaining the confidentiality of financial information and cash transactions.
• Updating customer data and assisting in after-sales services.
• Coordinating with the delivery and logistics department regarding orders.
• Contributing to periodic inventory counts.
• Raising feedback or complaints to direct management.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Nationality: Saudi
• Languages: Arabic (Fluent), English (Intermediate to Fluent)
• Minimum requirement: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in sales or cashiering (preferably in furniture showrooms).
• High communication skills and a neat professional appearance.
• Ability to use computers and sales programs.
