Job Summary:
The FP&A Manager will support senior management in making informed strategic and operational decisions through accurate financial insights, performance reporting, and business modeling.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration; Master’s or MBA preferred.
Professional certification (CMA, CPA, or ACCA) is an advantage.
Minimum 7-10 years of experience in FP&A or financial analysis roles, preferably in the retail sector.
Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.
Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and ERP systems (*, SAP, Oracle).
