We are seeking a dedicated individual to provide essential support to our HR department. As a part of our team, you will help implement HR policies and procedures, contributing to the smooth running of various functions within the HR department.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct recruitment activities, including posting vacancies and scheduling interviews to support staffing needs.
  • Document feedback and maintain reliable records of applicants.
  • Coordinate job fairs and network with university placement offices for candidate sourcing.
  • Manage communication and paperwork for new recruits and update recruitment databases accordingly.
  • Monitor employees' leaves and attendance, ensuring accurate records are kept.
  • Support various HR functions and perform additional tasks as required.

Ideal Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration; HR specialization is a plus.
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience.
  • Proficient in English with excellent communication skills.
  • Strong professional behavior and ethical conduct.
