As a Human Resources Coordinator at Crane Authentication, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our GCC business operations in Riyadh, KSA. Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide HR support and advice on policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Assist with employee relations issues and conflict resolution.
  • Support recruitment processes, including candidate vetting and interviews.
  • Maintain employee records, including holiday and sickness leaves.
  • Coordinate HR training programs and new hire orientations.
  • Prepare HR-related documents, reports, and presentations.
  • Support HR projects aimed at organizational improvement.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in an HR Assistant or Coordinator role.
  • Knowledge of KSA labor law and HR best practices.
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • International experience within a matrix organization is a plus.

Job Duties:
  • Prepare and setup surveying applications for mapping tasks in accordance with company standards.
  • Develop surveying engineering drawings and maps using appropriate survey and CADD applications.
  • Prepare subdivision and cadastral lot diagrams, drawings, and sketches.
