Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Handover and Maintenance Engineer who will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness, maintenance, and finishing of all units prior to handover to clients. The successful candidate will supervise technicians and workers, ensuring that all identified issues are resolved before the agreed handover date.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Receive instructions from the manager regarding the handover plan of units.
  • Inspect units according to the quality checklist and supervise efforts to address identified issues.
  • Coordinate with customers for unit inspections, documenting all concerns in a checklist.
  • Ensure all customer concerns are addressed by the handover deadline.

Qualifications:
  • Secondary education or equivalent in any field.
  • Proven experience in the construction or real estate industry.
