As a Maintenance Engineer at Hilton, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that all maintenance issues within the hotel are addressed promptly, thus enhancing guest and member experiences. Your responsibilities will involve performing daily checks, repairing equipment, and coordinating renovation projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for all maintenance issues within the hotel.
  • Perform daily checks around the hotel to ensure everything is functioning well.
  • Diagnose, maintain, and repair mechanical equipment, ensuring safety and effectiveness.
  • Coordinate renovation projects, managing bidding and overseeing contractors.
  • Develop, implement, and manage emergency and energy conservation programs.
  • Build strong relationships with both internal teams and external customers.
  • Ensure the health and safety of the hotel through inspections and employee training.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess:
  • Advanced knowledge of building management/engineering.
  • Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
  • Experience in a similar management role.
