Key Responsibilities:
  • Execute and obtain staff visas and labor cards while ensuring compliance with KSA government regulations.
  • Liaise with local administration and support the organization in acquiring necessary documents for customer access IDs.
  • Maintain relationships with security departments to facilitate work permits and IDs.
  • Assist employees with visa renewals and provide necessary information and support.
  • Ensure timely document preparation according to legal requirements and aid in the submission of customer invoices.

Skills & Qualifications:
  • Understanding of KSA labor laws and regulations.
  • Fluency in Arabic and proficiency in English.
  • Proficient in MS Office with strong organizational skills.
  • Able to work effectively in a dynamic environment.

Skills & Competencies:
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Strong leadership and team management experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of SAP/BFC is advantageous.

Languages: Fluency in English is essential; Arabic is a plus.
