Join J-Power Systems Saudi Co., Ltd as a Procurement Engineer
J-Power Systems Saudi Co., Ltd, a member of the distinguished Sumitomo Electric Group, is seeking a full-time Procurement Engineer. This position is based in our corporate office in Al Khobar and is open to Saudi Nationals only.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Negotiate the procurement of materials, equipment, and services, ensuring they meet specifications and are delivered on time and at competitive prices.
  • Monitor purchase requisitions and orders, maintaining accurate pricing and vendor records.
  • Keep up-to-date lists of contractors, suppliers, and pricing arrangements.
  • Perform customs clearance procedures using the SABER system.
  • Manage procurement-related contract administration.
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with leadership.
  • Ensure confidentiality and security of procurement documents and data.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
  • 0-3 years of relevant experience.
  • Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with the SABER system.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Fluent in English (professional level) and Arabic (native level).

Compensation:
Salary package is between 8,000 to 11,000 SAR per month, commensurate with experience.
