Join Hilton as a Purchasing Manager
As a Purchasing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the hotel's procurement process runs smoothly and efficiently. You will collaborate with suppliers, negotiate contracts, and purchase goods that meet the highest standards for our guests.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Obtain competitive quotations for hotel requirements and ensure optimal product sourcing.
  • Maintain an up-to-date database of local contracts with suppliers.
  • Manage supplier relationships and ensure adherence to Hilton’s purchasing policies.
  • Collaborate with the Finance Department to draft the annual budget.
  • Maintain accurate records of transactions and analyze purchasing trends.
  • Supervise the operation of stores and uphold health and safety standards.
  • Prepare month-end accounts reports in a timely manner.
What We Are Looking For:
You should bring relevant experience in purchasing or procurement and possess strong financial acumen.

Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a similar role, especially in the hotel/leisure sector.
  • Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • The ability to thrive under pressure and work with resilience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor supplier performance, delivery schedules, and resolve supply chain issues or delays.
  • Manage expediting, logistics coordination, and site delivery to support construction activities.
  • Ensure proper documentation, approvals, and audit readiness for all purchasing transactions.
  • Support contract administration for vendors and suppliers, including claims and variations.
  • Lead and mentor site purchasing/procurement staff, where applicable.

Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Purchasing/procurement experience in construction or EPC projects.
  • Strong experience working on site-based construction projects.
  • Proven track record in managing high-value construction materials and long-lead items.
  • Experience in dealing with local and international suppliers.
  • Knowledge of contract terms, INCOTERMS, and construction procurement practices.
