الوصف الوظيفي:
ستكون مسؤولاً عن شراء المواد والسلع من خلال:
  • الشراء المباشر،
  • المناقصات،
  • متابعة استلام المشتريات،
  • مطابقة الكميات والمواصفات،
  • تدقيق المطالبات المالية والإبلاغ عنها.

المهام والواجبات الرئيسية:
- دراسة طلبات الشراء وتدقيقها وفقًا للوائح التنظيمية.
- تجهيز المناقصات وجمع عروض التوريد وتحليلها.
- استلام المشتريات والتحقق من مطابقة الكميات والمواصفات.

المؤهلات المطلوبة:
- درجة البكالوريوس في إحدى التخصصات التالية: المحاسبة، إدارة الأعمال، إدارة سلسلة الإمدادات، التسويق، إدارة المبيعات.
- شهادات إضافية مثل إدارة المشاريع (PMI) وإدارة التسويق الاحترافية (CMMP) تعتبر مفضلة.

المهارات:
- مهارات متقدمة في اللوجستيات، مواصفات المنتج، إعداد التقارير، والشراء.
