Qualifications:
Minimum secondary education with at least one year of experience in a similar role. Proficient in MS Office and possess strong communication skills. You should be able to prioritize tasks effectively and work well under pressure in a dynamic environment.

- Maintain professional appearance and cleanliness of the reception area.
- Answer and transfer calls/messages promptly and professionally.
- Welcome and greet visitors courteously.
- Oversee the distribution of office mail and courier services.
- Schedule and coordinate courier collections and deliveries.
- Report maintenance issues efficiently to the relevant department.
- Ensure effective management of reception cover.
Administrative Duties:
- Manage inventory for office supplies, refreshments, and sundries.
- Coordinate and implement the internal event calendar.
- Support the upkeep of meeting rooms and manage bookings.
- Perform additional administrative tasks as delegated by various departments.
Internal Communications:
- Facilitate HR communications on platforms like Instagram and Slack.
- Assist in HR projects and additional requests as needed.
