As an essential member of the American School Dhahran (ASD) administrative team, the High School Registrar plays a vital role in managing student records, course scheduling, and communication within the school community. This position ensures the integrity and accuracy of academic records and supports various aspects of student enrollment and progress tracking.

Qualifications:
Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and previous experience as a registrar. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite is essential.

Key Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate a commitment to child protection and safety.
- Manage communication regarding student records, withdrawals, and Ministry of Education requirements.
- Process student files for new, returning, and withdrawing students.
- Support the District Admissions Office and counseling team with enrollment information.
- Maintain up-to-date student demographic, academic, and attendance data.
- Coordinate with various departments for course registration, grading, and reporting.
- Prepare and generate transcripts and other official documents for students.
- Assist in graduation planning and related documentation.
Qualifications:
Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and previous experience as a registrar. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite is essential.
