Role Overview

Le Café LPM is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead its team in Al Khobar, Eastern Region. This full-time position is central to shaping guest experiences and driving operational excellence. The role requires a leader with 3-5 years of experience in a comparable high-end establishment, capable of upholding service standards and managing comprehensive restaurant operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and motivate a team of 25+ staff members, nurturing talent through training, performance reviews, and a shared commitment to excellence.
• Uphold and enhance service standards, ensuring every guest visit reflects the charm and sophistication of the French Riviera.
• Oversee financial and logistical aspects, including inventory management, supplier coordination, staff scheduling, and performance metrics (*, covers, average spend).
• Identify operational challenges and implement innovative solutions to maintain seamless service and an optimal ambiance.
• Make swift, decisive judgments to uphold the establishment's reputation for hospitality, even during peak operational periods.

Candidate Requirements

• 3–5 years of leadership experience as a Restaurant Manager or Assistant Manager in a high-end, comparable establishment.
• Proven ability to train, motivate, and manage large teams, with a focus on performance and development.
• Expertise in inventory control, supplier coordination, and financial oversight, including tracking KPIs and cost management.
• Demonstrated passion for exceptional customer service, with the poise to resolve complex issues professionally.
• Cultural awareness and adaptability to engage effectively with a diverse team and international clientele.
