Your responsibilities will include performing essential office duties to promote our brand and manage sales-related documents effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in general office duties such as filing, sending emails, and preparing reports.
  • Prepare sales documents like proposals and contracts.
  • Promote brand awareness and assemble information packages for clients.
  • Maintain guest relations and assist with inquiries regarding our facilities and services.
  • Ensure compliance with company standards and maintain confidentiality of proprietary information.
  • Develop positive working relationships and support team goals.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of related work experience.
  • No supervisory experience is required.

  • Experience in conducting risk assessments and audits is desirable.

Additional Information:
  • Ability to relocate within KSA is necessary.
  • Good knowledge of WPR & safety measures.
