What You’ll Do
- Develop and lead the strategy for Panel Builders channel growth for Eaton in KSA.
- Define and implement actions to support achieving country targets for the Panel Builders channel.
- Manage partnership agreements in coordination with country organization, legal, and marketing teams.
- Utilize commercial dashboards for performance assessment and improvement actions for channel partners.
- Conduct weekly pipeline reviews with Panel Builders in collaboration with the sales team.
- Understand market intelligence including trends, competitor behavior, and conduct SWOT analysis.
- Support demand creation for Eaton channel partners and ensure product launches meet market requirements.
- Identify, qualify, and recruit new channel partners and coordinate project-specific support with sales and pricing teams.
- Drive projects to ensure timely delivery of Eaton products.
- Represent Eaton in project delivery discussions with customers and support localization initiatives.

Qualifications
- Bachelor/Master degree in Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum 710 years experience managing Panel Builders channels in KSA or the region.

Skills
- Strong knowledge of LV Switchgear and electrical distribution.
- Project management experience in end-to-end execution of LV Switchgear.
- Fluent in English and Arabic; willing to travel frequently within KSA.

Position Overview
We are looking for a Techno-Commercial Sales Engineer with strong technical and commercial expertise in electro-mechanical products. The candidate must have at least 5 years of local Saudi experience, combining product compliance knowledge, AutoCAD skills, and consultant approvals with sales growth, negotiation, and margin management. This role requires a balance of engineering know-how and business development ability to support our projects and expand market presence.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, pursue, and close sales opportunities for electro-mechanical products in Saudi Arabia.
• Prepare techno-commercial offers, quotations, and tenders ensuring profitability and compliance.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and payment terms with clients.
• Achieve sales targets and maintain long-term client relationships.

Technical Support & Compliance

• Prepare and review product compliance documents (SASO, Aramco, WRAS, NSF, etc.).
• Support consultants/contractors with technical clarifications and approvals.
• Provide pre-sales technical guidance and post-sales technical support.

Design & Documentation

• Prepare AutoCAD drawings, BOQs, and shop drawings when required.
• Assist in preparing method statements and compliance submittals.
• Ensure technical accuracy in all proposals.

Commercial & Coordination

• Liaise with procurement and logistics for material delivery in line with contract requirements.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
• Ensure offers are both technically sound and commercially competitive.
• Support finance team in collections and payment follow-ups.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical (Electro-Mechanical preferred).
• Experience: Minimum 5 years local Saudi experience in techno-commercial sales of electro-mechanical products.
• Licensing & Registration: Must hold a valid Saudi Driving License and be registered with the Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE).
• Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of compliance standards (SASO, Aramco, WRAS, NSF, etc.) and proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Commercial Skills: Negotiation, pricing, and margin management skills, experienced in preparing competitive bids.
• Soft Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills (English essential, Arabic an advantage), ability to manage multiple projects, and client relationship management.

Your Role
As a Sales Engineer, you will identify customer goals and requirements during the initial sales phase and translate them into a winning technical solution, balancing technology with competitive pricing. You will collaborate closely with the sales manager through the pre-bid, bid, and closing phases to secure projects successfully.

Your Department
You will be part of a department focused on the development of Airports and Parcel segmentation in the EMEA LATAM region, while also providing support to Vanderlande customer centers globally in areas such as Sales Layout Engineering, Sales Engineering, and Sales Consultancy.

Main Tasks and Responsibilities

• Co-define the winning sales strategy with the Sales Manager.
• Resolve commercial and tactical challenges with the Sales Manager.
• Translate customer needs into comprehensive solutions while understanding their processes and tender procedures.
• Organize all sales engineering deliverables throughout the sales process by involving various technical experts.
• Lead the internal sales project team in alignment with the sales plan to achieve the best possible solution.
• Update senior management regarding bid status and progress.
• Compile all aspects of the offer into a clear quotation, including technical solutions, planning, pricing, and terms.
• Present technical solutions effectively to customers, showcasing their value in alignment with customer needs.
• Manage multiple projects across various sales phases.
• Listen and analyze customer requirements thoroughly.
