Role Summary:
The Sales Engineer is responsible for developing and managing business-to-business (B2B) sales opportunities. Your main objective will be to identify client needs, present tailored solutions, and build long-lasting customer relationships in various sectors including industrial, commercial, or government.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and generate new B2B sales leads through networking, cold outreach, and market research.
  • Engage with corporate, industrial, and institutional clients to understand their technical and business needs.
  • Present and explain products/solutions in a professional manner.
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and commercial offers.
  • Support negotiations and assist in closing deals.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and manage accounts.
  • Coordinate with technical and operations teams for solution alignment.
  • Track sales activities and customer data using CRM tools.
  • Monitor market trends and customer feedback.

Qualifications & Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
  • 3–5 years of experience in B2B sales, particularly in technical or solution-based sales.
  • Experience with industrial, infrastructure, utilities, or technology clients is an advantage.
  • A valid driving license (if field sales is required).

Skills & Competencies:
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to understand technical solutions and translate them into customer value.
  • Negotiation and relationship-building skills.
  • Results-driven with a proactive mindset.
  • Good time management and reporting skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and MS Office.
