We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Regional Sales Manager to drive our sales strategies and manage our sales team for residential and commercial real estate developments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet or exceed regional targets.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales executives and agents, providing necessary training and support.
  • Market Analysis: Analyze local market trends and customer needs to identify opportunities.
  • Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Project Coordination: Collaborate with marketing and development teams to align on product offerings.
