• Conduct site visits to assess customer equipment and service requirements.
• Prepare and present quotations, proposals, and service offers.
• Negotiate contract terms and close sales in line with company policies.
• Coordinate with technical and service teams to ensure the accurate scope of work.
• Follow up on leads, inquiries, and expired or expiring maintenance contracts.
• Monitor customer feedback and address concerns in coordination with service teams.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, contracts, and customer data.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in maintenance, service, or technical sales.
• Basic technical understanding of equipment, systems, or facilities maintenance.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
