Your role will involve promoting, selling, and negotiating contracts, while building strong relationships with clients. As a sales professional, you will need to stay informed on market trends and assist in achieving the company’s sales goals.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop strong relationships with customers by understanding their needs.
  • Guide clients through the buying or selling process, ensuring compliance with real estate laws and company policies.
  • Exceed sales targets and support the overall success of the team.
  • Generate new sales opportunities through networking and marketing.
  • Negotiate contracts and ensure successful deal closures.
  • Present properties highlighting key features to prospective buyers.
  • Conduct property tours with clients.
  • Stay updated on real estate trends and competitor activities.
  • Provide regular sales performance reports to management.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma, preferably in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Previous experience in sales, preferably within the real estate industry.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Goal-oriented with a passion for sales and marketing.
  • Knowledge of the local real estate market is essential.

Skills:
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in computer skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Attention to detail and strong follow-up capabilities.
  • Effective problem-solving and decision-making skills.
