Tasks: - Managing the executive director's agenda, organizing appointments and meetings, and daily follow-ups. - Receiving and processing calls and correspondence and preparing initial responses. - Preparing and developing reports, presentations, contracts, and documents. - Coordinating travel arrangements, bookings, and visas in collaboration with airlines and travel agencies. - Building professional relationships with service providers to obtain the best prices. - Following up on visa applications and preparing the required documents. - Organizing and archiving paper and electronic files. - Preparing meeting minutes and following up on the implementation of recommendations. - Coordinating with internal departments to ensure the speed of procedures. - Handling sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism. - Receiving visitors and arranging their requirements. Additional tasks as assigned. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Tourism and Hospitality, Aviation Management, or equivalent (Higher Diploma). - 2-5 years of experience, good knowledge of dealing with international booking systems and visa issuance. - Executive Secretarial Course.
