Join Our Team as a Secretary!

We are looking for a skilled Secretary to manage our administrative tasks at Meraasco in Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia. If you have strong organizational skills and experience in administrative functions, we would love to have you on our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and organize incoming and outgoing correspondence.
  • Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and prepare agendas and minutes.
  • Handle phone calls, emails, and receive visitors professionally.
  • Prepare periodic reports and maintain organized electronic and physical filing systems.
  • Follow up on tasks and commitments for the direct manager.
  • Arrange travel bookings when required.
  • Provide administrative support to ensure smooth workflow within the department.
  • Maintain confidentiality and comply with company policies and procedures.

Qualifications:
  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in secretarial or administrative roles.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills.
  • Good command of English (business level).
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
