Job Responsibilities:

Greet and seat customers upon arrival
Take and deliver accurate food and drink orders
Provide menu recommendations and answer any questions about the menu
Ensure tables are clean and tidy before and after serving
Collaborate with other staff to provide exceptional service
Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally
Upsell menu items and specials to increase revenue

Candidate Requirements:

Proven work experience as a Waiter/Waitress or similar role
Excellent customer service skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication and multitasking skills
Attention to detail and food safety training is a plus
Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays
