Introduction:
We are looking for exceptional competence in the field of health quality to join the Rehab team for rehabilitation, as a healthcare and rehabilitation center specialized in the Al-Qassim region – Buraidah.

Responsibilities:
  • Implementing health quality systems and standards (CBAHI or ISO) within the facility.
  • Preparing and updating policies, procedures, and continuous improvement reports.
  • Monitoring performance indicators, analyzing them, and raising developmental recommendations.
  • Contributing to employee training programs on concepts of quality and safety.
  • Managing risks.

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Health Management, or Public Health.
  • Previous experience in quality within a healthcare facility.
  • Knowledge of CBAHI or ISO standards in the health sector.
  • Data analysis skills and decision-making based on indicators.
  • Good ability to communicate and work with multidisciplinary teams.
