Main responsibilities include:- Preparing and updating policies and procedures
- Building and measuring performance indicators (KPIs)
- Monitoring the application of quality standards and conducting periodic reviews
- Analyzing performance results and raising recommendations for improvement
- Following up on the implementation of corrective actions and measuring their effectiveness
Requirements:- Practical experience in quality and performance management
- Knowledge of quality systems and standards
- PMP certification is preferred
- High skill in analysis and report preparation
