We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Recruitment Specialist to manage the end-to-end recruitment process for both academic and administrative positions. This role is essential in ensuring that our recruitment aligns with university policies and Saudi labor regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle the full recruitment cycle including requisition, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offers.
  • Coordinate with Deans and Department Heads to define job requirements and staffing needs.
  • Source candidates through job portals, academic networks, and professional platforms.
  • Conduct initial interviews and organize technical/panel interviews.
  • Maintain recruitment data and documentation on HR systems.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and accreditation requirements.
  • Prepare recruitment reports and metrics.
  • Support onboarding handover and ensure a positive candidate experience.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field.
  • 4 years of recruitment experience (preferably in universities).
  • Knowledge of Saudi labor law and academic hiring practices.
  • Strong interviewing, communication, and sourcing skills.
