Responsibilities:

• Prepare a work plan and program and supervise procedures to identify the type and nature of maintenance.
• Distribute tasks among the team based on their capabilities and follow up on performance.
• Assess the training needs of the team and recommend specialized training programs.
• Prepare preventive maintenance programs and follow up on their implementation.
• Classify, organize, and document results and work reports.

Requirements:

• A degree in technical higher education in mechanical engineering.
• At least two years of experience in the maintenance field.
• Advanced skills in machine maintenance, maintenance planning systems, and supervision.
• Proficiency in both Arabic and English.
