We Are Hiring — Head Baker / Bakery Production Manager

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Head Baker / Bakery Production Manager to lead the setup and operations of our bakery department from the ground up. This is a key leadership role for someone who combines strong baking expertise with production management, team leadership, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead daily bakery production and operations
• Develop and standardize recipes, SOPs, and quality systems
• Manage bakery staff scheduling, training, and supervision
• Oversee artisan breads, viennoiserie, pastries, and bakery products
• Control food cost, waste management, and production efficiency
• Coordinate with management on equipment setup and workflow planning
• Ensure hygiene, food safety, and operational standards are maintained
• Assist in product development and seasonal menu innovation

Requirements:

• Minimum 5+ years of bakery production leadership experience
• Strong experience in artisan baking and laminated dough production
• Experience in commercial bakery or premium retail bakery operations
• Leadership and team management skills
• Understanding of production planning, costing, and inventory control
• Experience with bakery equipment and production systems
• GCC experience is a plus

Preferred Background:

• Experience in premium bakery brands, hotels, or supermarket bakery operations
• European, Turkish, Lebanese, or international artisan bakery experience is highly valued
