As a Master Barista, you will play a vital role in our Food & Beverage team, located in Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia. Your expertise will contribute to creating memorable coffee experiences for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and serve the perfect cup of coffee, cappuccinos, lattes, and other coffee drinks.
  • Ensure high-quality coffee preparation using various espresso machines.
  • Work efficiently at the front counter while providing excellent customer service.
  • Maintain cleanliness and a neat appearance in the work area.
  • Train and support staff in coffee preparation and service.
  • Engage with guests and handle customer complaints professionally.
  • Participate in regular training and meetings to enhance service and product knowledge.

Qualifications:
  • Experience with coffee preparation and a strong understanding of various coffee types.
  • Excellent multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • A friendly and positive attitude towards guest service.
