About the Role

iHR (International Human Resources) is seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team in Dammam, Eastern Province. This contract position is designed for a professional with 5-10 years of experience who can strategically drive business growth and cultivate key partnerships within the region.

Role Objective

The primary objective of this role is to lead business development efforts by identifying and attracting new opportunities, building robust relationships with both governmental and private sector entities, and securing Saudi secondment contracts. The Business Development Manager will also be instrumental in developing talent acquisition services and managing the entire sales lifecycle through to contract signing.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and secure Saudi secondment opportunities and contracts with government and private sector organizations.
• Build and develop strong, lasting relationships with key decision-makers and potential clients.
• Prepare comprehensive technical and commercial proposals, and lead negotiations to successfully close deals.
• Achieve established monthly and annual sales and revenue targets.
• Develop and implement talent acquisition services in close collaboration with recruitment teams.
• Monitor tenders and new market opportunities, conducting thorough client needs analysis.
• Prepare periodic reports detailing opportunities, sales pipeline progress, and closing rates.
• Represent the company at industry meetings and events, fostering strategic partnerships.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B business development or sales.
• Proven experience in securing Saudi secondment contracts and recruitment or human resources services.
• An extensive network of relationships with government entities and large corporations.
• A successful track record in closing contracts and consistently achieving sales targets.
• High proficiency in negotiation, presentation, and client relationship management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
