What You’ll Be Doing
  • Originate and qualify new B2B opportunities in decentralized power generation and energy services
  • Lead client needs assessments, and tailor technical/commercial solutions accordingly
  • Coordinate with internal technical, legal, and investment teams throughout the project lifecycle
  • Engage with EPCs, OEMs, consultants, and local authorities to ensure project viability
  • Structure winning proposals and lead commercial negotiations from bid to close
  • Keep CRM and reporting tools updated to ensure accurate sales pipeline visibility
  • Actively contribute to the company’s growth in the Saudi market

What We’re Looking For
  • 5+ years of experience in business development within renewable energy or energy services
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field (MBA preferred)
  • Strong understanding of solar PV and BESS solutions, knowledge in other on-site generation and energy efficiency solutions an advantage
  • Proven understanding of PPA, BOOT, and lease-based delivery models
  • Solid grasp of KSA regulatory environment, and energy market trends
  • Fluent in Arabic & English (spoken and written)
  • Self-starter with strong stakeholder management and presentation skills
  • Must be currently residing in Saudi Arabia and open to travel as required

EDUCATION:
A graduate degree in a health-related discipline. University Degree in Health Sciences (Pharmacy, Medicine, Biology) or Economics. Pharmacy degree is a plus; MBA, health economics, or Market access certificate is a plus.

EXPERIENCE AND REQUIRED SKILLS:
Professional experience of at least 35 years in clinical solutions/medical devices in key account management and/or market access. A strong network of contacts in the regional health authorities is a plus; Experience in negotiations with regional health authorities and hospital management is preferred.
