Join our team as a Business Development Manager in Dammam!
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced individual to drive our growth efforts. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and nurturing strong client relationships, and developing strategies to enhance our market presence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct market research to identify new business avenues
  • Prepare commercial and technical proposals
  • Negotiate contracts effectively
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Deliver successful project outcomes

Qualifications:
  • Strong experience in Business Development, Sales, and Market Analysis
  • Proven track record of building client relationships
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Fluency in both English and Arabic
  • 8–10 years of experience in business development

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
  • Ability to create and implement effective business strategies
  • Experience in the aluminium or construction industry is a plus
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
