The position requires excellent communication skills and the ability to handle work pressure and manage time efficiently, in addition to mastering the use of customer relationship management systems. The main tasks include: recording and tracking customer complaints, providing information about products and services, and coordinating with different departments to ensure a quick and effective resolution of the raised issues.
