Job Title: Customer Service Representative - Digital Marketing Agency

We are a startup agency looking for a Saudi employee to be responsible for communicating with clients and coordinating projects with the marketing team.

Job Duties:

• Responding to customer inquiries via (WhatsApp, Email, Calls)
• Clearly and convincingly explaining marketing services to clients
• Managing the agency's social media accounts
• A link between the client and our marketing team

Required Skills:

• High communication skills (oral and written)
• The ability to persuade and explain services
• Basic understanding of digital marketing (advertising, social media, e-commerce)
• Working as a team and coordinating with different departments

Preferred:

• Previous experience in customer service or sales

Work Environment:

• Currently working remotely, in the near future a headquarters will be provided in Dammam or Khobar

• Process immigration services including work permits, Iqama issuance/renewal, sponsorship transfers, job title changes, and visa services.
• Handle exit/re-entry visas, final exit, dependent services, and passport updates.
• Support business visa issuance, visit visas, and mobilization processes.
• Assist employees with medicals, biometrics, appointments, and government requirements.
• Use and maintain government portals (Absher, Qiwa, Muqeem, GOSI, MOFA, MISA, MOC, Municipality, SPL, National Address).
• Maintain accurate employee records, visa tracking, and documentation systems.
• Ensure compliance with Saudi labor laws, Saudization (Nitaqat), and company policies.
• Support operational improvements and participate in assigned projects.

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in a relevant field or a high school degree with relevant work experience.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Saudi government relations, immigration, and labor processes.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• The legal right to work in KSA without company sponsorshipf for non saudi.

• Develop and implement a sales plan to achieve volume, revenue, and profit margin targets.
• Lead and motivate the sales team to ensure strong retail and SME performance.
• Collaborate with planning and analysis teams to set monthly and quarterly objectives.
• Create accurate sales forecasts and provide actionable insights to upper management.
• Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales progress, implementing corrective measures as necessary.
• Support the new units sales team in trade-in and purchase deals.
• Coordinate with logistics and after-sales services to ensure smooth delivery and customer support.
• Maintain KPI reports using systems such as SAP/Excel to track trends and performance.
• Work with retail partners to design and implement effective sales campaigns.

• Bachelor's degree (preferably in Mechanical Engineering); MBA is a plus.
• 3+ years of experience in the automotive industry, preferably in heavy commercial vehicles.
• Ability to use systems/tools like SAP and Excel for performance reporting and forecasting.
• Valid Saudi driving license preferred.
